I've been using the yellow one for a few weeks now, and the glass fiber inside gives it a nice sturdy feel without being too rigid. It handles hot dishes straight from the oven at 250°C without any warping, which is exactly what I needed.

The gray one fits perfectly under my toddler's bowl, and the glass fiber inside means it stays flat even after a hot dish sits on it. I've wiped it down a dozen times already and it still looks brand new.

Finally, a mat that doesn't slide around under my hot pans—the glass fiber reinforcement makes it feel sturdy, and the 250°C heat resistance gives me peace of mind. The 400x300mm size fits perfectly on my counter, and it wipes clean in seconds.
